Yashtel (a Division Of Yashash Cable Network (pvt.) Ltd. — Always intenrnet got disconnected,no support and false commitment

I'm Stalin.P My customer id for Yashtel is #MYS14131. I have done Recharge on 13-Jun-20 for 530 INR. It is going to expire on 14-July-20. My internet connection is not working from 21- jun- 20. 1st complaint raised on 22-Jun-20 & Complaint number is #15378 Then the internet worked dead slow on 27-Jun-20 (only one day) and disconnected on 28-Jun 20. Yashtel person called and closed the complaint #15378 . Again 2nd complaint was raised 29-Jun-20 #15677. Again Yashtel person called to check the status and to close the complaint. At that time the internet worked for a few hours on 30-Jun-20. I said it seems not connected and dead slow . Also I said that don't close the complaint. After a few hours it is disconnected completely. Still the internet is not working. So the internet worked dead slowly for only one day from 21-jun-20. Really Yashtel people are irresponsible. If I call back no one will pick. I have only one option to chat via whatsapp. But they will give false commitment that it will fix. Initially on the first complaint( 22-Jun-20 ) they said the issue will fix in 48 to 72 hours. But the issue is not fixed yet. If I ask for disconnection with my refund of my deposit amount. They are telling me to step into their office with their modem for disconnection. For the past few months I've been facing this kind of issues regularly. I'm doing work from home. I'm suffered and frustrated as because of Yahtel and their poor service. I'm expecting to disconnection with my deposit amount and amount for the days when the internet was not worked, Also I can't step into their office. They should deposit my deposit/refund amount and can take the modem.
