YashTel — im complaining about internet service not been working in teachers layout

We are located in teachers layout, mysuru. From today morning around 8 am your internet service has been stopped working.
As we can see the router - three green lights are on and no red light is seen.
Looks like there is no issue at our line.
Kindly repair the issue as soon as possible.
