YashTel — net not functioning | |||
My id is mys11404. The net did not function from monday 10th 2018 to friday 14th (5.30 pm). Pl extend the renewal date by 4 days. Though complaint was raised on monday, it was not resolved till i visited your office on 14th morning. The lady at the reception gave a cliche reply. I wanted to meet the responsible person in this regard, but she refused. When i insisted, some technician tried to speak to me, but he was no avail. When i persisted with my demand, mr. Manjunat hegde appeared and introduced himself as the manager of the company. Only after his intervention the issue was resolved. The response of your front end people is totally irresponsible, to say the list. I earnestly request you to go through the voice recordings to know the reality.
