YashTel — wifi issue occurred in router due to los in modem | |||
I have internet issue from[protected], 8:30 am. Where in the modem los port is displaying with red light, and wifi is not getting connected. Now the modem issue is resolved and wifi issue is not. Request the team to close the complain once the issue is resolved completely as my wifi issue is not resolved. As discussed in wats app. The technician did not help to resolve the issue And still the wifi issue exists. As i told it has to be configured by yashtel only, cant do anything from my end.
