[Resolved] Yatra — Bus - cancellations amount not refunded properly | |||||
I have cancelled the bus ticket for 10th june on 9th june i. E. 24 hrs before the time and as per rules i should get 85% of ticket money back. Total credit card amount spent 1382.00 85% of 1382.00/- is 1174.70/- But they have credited only 486.00/- I submitted a complained to them in there portal but, no reply as of now. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
