[Resolved] Yatra.com — Yatra.com not giving bus ticket refund since 4 months completed. | |||
Hi, I had booked a bus ticket from bangalore to nagpur for the journey date 18. April.2020 but due to covid 19 pandemic the bus journey got cancelled. So, i got mail that will get the refund of ticket fare after 1 month, taking 1 month time because of the current lockdown situation. But after that long time passed, still i didn't get any refund from the yatra. Whenever i am generating ticket for refund it is becoming in resolve state without any solution. Please do the needful. Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
