[Resolved]  Yatra — invoice

I booked airline ticket through yatra.com. The company provided me invoice with expenses/charges under heads a) flight amount (B) taxes, fees and surcharge (Booking ref no yatra reference number[protected],[protected] of date 16th june 2017)

I am requesting the company to furnish the break up of taxes, fee and surcharges (Clubbed amount shown in the invoice) as i am asked to furnish the same to my employer. The company is reluctant to give the information sought by me. The company is giving replies like 'invoice can not be edited.""contact the concerned airlines for details." i have requested them to provide the information through a mail or letter and they need not edit the invoice.
As a consumer, we have booked the airline ticket through yatra. They have collected amount from us for booking the ticket with the airlines. Now, they are informing they can not give the full details of charges, fee and surcharges that they have collected from me.
I am requesting the company to provide me the details for the last 25 days and still the company has not provided the information requested for.

We regret to inform you that I have shared my contact numbers (of mine and of my son) through previous emails. You have also contacted us through that numbers. We had a detailed discussions on the matter. At the end of the conversation, you told that you could not provide the information what we are requesting.

The mail what you are referring, wherein you asked me whether it will be ok for me if you share the details through email. In my reply to that mail, I have communicated that you can share the details through email and I have no issue if my employer accepts the details what you will furnish.

I am sorry to say that you are using rosy words like 'feel free to write us back and we would be happy to help you.' without doing a small job of providing the details of bills. It is a very sorry state of a customer of yours who have to beg several times for the details of the amount paid by him for the services extended by you.

We called you on No.[protected]/[protected] on several times . The result of calling these numbers is wasting my valuable time and money but there is no meaning full resolution.

I request you don't drag the issue. ONCE AGAIN I AM SHARING MY MOB NUMBER [protected] AND MY SON'S MOB NUMBER IS [protected] . YOU CAN CONTACT US THROUGH THESE NUMBERS.

In anticipation of your early redressal my grievance.

You have communicated that invoices had been shared with me. Please let me know whether in the Invoice shared now, contains the details of service tax, other taxes and other charges.

NO. You are cheating the customers by sending a reply that you have complied with the requirement of the customer but without doing anything. The Invoices what you have shared now are THE SAME INVOICES that you had already shared . Sir, I am requesting you to provide me details of Service Tax, Taxes and other charges clubbed in that invoice.

Are you trying to fool the customer. I think I am very clear in communicating my requirement. But you are sending the same invoices again and again without providing the information what I am asking for .
I once again requesting you to provide me the details at the earliest. The invoices what you are referring is already with me which do not contain any details of Tax/Charges details.
