[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Not getting refund

I booked an Indigo flight from Yatra.com to be travelled on 22 October 2022 with one ETGD3U. I cancelled my booking on 14october 2022 directly via Indigo and the status of refund on indigo site is they refunded the amount on 14 October to yatra. Now when I checked with yatra they are saying that they haven’t received any refund yet. I am attaching screenshot that I received from yatra saying we haven’t any refund and one screenshot from indigo saying that they refunded the amount.
