[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund and ticket confirmation failed | |
I've followed as per the instructions given by the yatra app but the ticket isn't confirmed which shows failed but the amount debited from my bank account which is ridiculous. Fraud people don't ever use this app very worst customer service. Why there is no phone support for train and bus tickets which is only available for flights. Even a food delivery app have phone support why should not u.???? Just remove bus and train booking from your app. Was this information helpful? | |
