Hi Team, This is Anmol from Jammu. I booked a room on 8th July 2021 through yatra website for a domestic hotel booking id:[protected] in a so called DELUXE ROOM WITH LUXURIOUS FACILITIES, HOTEL TRINETRA, PATNITOP PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES TO GET A GIST OF MY EXPERIENCE. I am disappointed and sad to reiterate that this is a serious concern on Personal Hygiene, Safety, Customer Care, Satisfaction, Experience in such a pandemic time when Hotel Staff and Yatra doesn't care about any of these following concerns: - Pillows, Pillow Covers and Bedsheet dirty and stinky (used ones) - Rooms were stinky including bathroom - No basic inventory provided like Tea/Coffee sachets, Toiletry etc. - Dirty glasses, cups, electric kettle (used) - Wall covered with pan masala spits and what not - Burnt switch boards - Used slippers - Floor mat and all the material present inside the room was dirty and stinky No words to say anything further, I want a refund for my booking and apology for the inconvenience caused.
