[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Booking confirmed but reached hotel no rooms | |||
I booked hotel Parichey at Rewari on 9th July 2017 through yatra.com. Yatra.com confirmed my booking and we reached hotel at 8.30 pm. At hotel reception they told no rooms are available and we can't do nothing, it's yatra.com mistake to give confirmation for room. I called yatra.com customer care, they told me that they can't give guarantee for booking. How can I trust such booking through this site. Was this information helpful? | |||
