[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Bus ticket cancellation Refund

I Booked a bus ticket from Pune to Goa for 24 th Dec 2016, how ever when i tried to cancel the ticket i got a error message that getting error as, no refund found on your request, please try later.

i raised this complain and sent to the email address [protected]@yatra.com and called customer care to check however got the response that they are looking into this... but since then no response
