[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Delay in refund | |||||
Dear sir /madam I would like to bring to your attention that I had unknowingly booked a ticket from delhi to Jaipur for 9 October 2016 PNR AB49NG . Instead of booing from Jaipur to delhi for the same date. When I contacted your customer care I was told that I should book another ticket for the same date from Jaipur to delhi & that the previous ticket would be cancelled and I would get my refund in a week. So I made the new booking from Jaipur to delhi for 9th October 2016 PNR W8TDGC. It's been more than 2 weeks but I still haven't got my refund . Kindly look into the matter.
