[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — discrepancies in rescheduling charges

My pnr is : gj66tp booked on 19th sep. I wanted to reschedule the flight from 14 nov to 22 nov. But the additional price mentioned at your call center and your site is very different. At the call center the executives are mentioning about rescheduling penalty, yatra penalty etc. Which sums it up to rs 2000 odd. Whereas while doing through the site its showing cancellation charges etc. Which sums up to rs 2600. The call center executives are clueless and giving excuse of real time price changes. I tried to do it simultaneously while being online and talking to them. Still the prices mentioned by them and the site are not matching.
