Dear sir, If bus operator cancels the ticket and informs on the day of journey Then should operator refund us the amount more than the booked amount? Because if we cancel the ticket we have to bear the cancellation Charges, then why should not operators? As passengers have to re-book The tickets for the journey which is cancelled by an operator & it may Involve several difficulties & problems like unavailability of tickets Or hiked prices. Same happened with me, operator informed me at 15:51 on 3rd of april 2019 however my journey was scheduled at 19:45 same day. I have Attached the screenshot of messages received from operator ie Kaveri travels. Tickets details booked through yatra app: Operator-kaveri travels Ticket1: Pnr: 448t5p6n passenger 01: Seat-6l Operator pnr Kaveri5219502-kt-32a Ticket2: Pnr-448vcz53 passenger 02: Seat-4l Operator pnr Kaveri5219502-kt-32a It was a matter of 3rd april & mr. Arya mithilesh responded on 10th of april & he was speaking of only one ticket. When i asked about refund of my second ticket, he said for this you have not emailed us. So, it means the grieved & troubled customer has to re-book the tickets & together with that customer has to write emails for the refund of their own money. Will it called a torture by yatra's people? Inspite of refunding the amount as soon as possible for the cancellation done by operator, he is asking for another email for another ticket. There is no value of customers' time. After 7 days he responded towards my email and he wants further 7 days for the credit of refund into my account. As checked your refund of INR 1294.00 already processed on 04 Apr, 2019 under Yatra reference number[protected] and refund of INR 1294.00 under Yatra reference number[protected] has been processed from our end on 13 Apr, 2019. Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. Also, we like to inform you that in case of bus cancellation, only paid amount will be refunded by the bus operator. So Should I calculate 7 days after 04.04.2019?
It should have refunded till 11.04.2019 but still I am waiting for my money to be refunded.
Would you like to clarify for the delay beyong u days?
