Regarding my booking id[protected] and[protected]. I am trying to reschedule and when i go to app/website it says currently service is not available, so please call the customer care no. However displayed phone number is invalid. When i call the number [protected] for reschedule/cancellation it says do it through web/app. This delay is causing me a lot. I am trying to reschedule/cancel my next week flight from last 4 weeks. Last two times when the call get connected customer care person told me that they have to check with internal department and they will call me back but they never call back. I need a complete refund of my full ticket or else i will go the court.

I neither got any call nor any email.
Tomorrow is my flight and i am trying your customer care number from last one month. Website or app it says reschedule by dialling the number and when u dial the number it says use website or app for rescheduling. It really pathetic. I need an answe for this pathetic service by yatra
