[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — hotel booking not received

Have booked the hotel from yatra.com. We have received the mail but the hotel person have not received the mail for the booking from yatra. Hence he asked to wait for the same till he get the confirmation for yatra. We have waited there till 1:30 in the mid night. But till that the hotel person refused to give the room. We have also showed them our mail and reference msg which we have received the mail from yatra. But the refused on that part.

We have also written the mail to yatra team but we have not received any reply on this. The booking was done on 26th november 2017 and today is 3rd december 2017.

In the mail chain, we are on the 17th mail of yatra, rajni sharma is not reading the mail which i have written to them and just copy pasting the same mail. We also have the word with mr. Abu, the hotel manager, they told us that he will refund. Have written the same thing to rajni. But the main thing is that she is not reading the mail and copy and pasting the very first mail from her.

Hotel was asking to pay again and we will refund. This doesn't make any sense. When we have paid online why we will pay cash. They why they have made the app when we have to pay cash to the hotel again.

If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
