[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — I am complaining about my inconvenience after booking a train ticket | |||
I booked my train tickets. After completing my transaction it was unable to download the e-tickets. The customer care number given also has no use of it. To download eticketthe reference number given by them was incorrect, thn why the money transfer is happpend i dont know it have been tried many more time how can i know that ticket is confirmed. Verified Support Sep 10, 2018 Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in Customer Care's response Dear Latha, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you! We would like to inform you that as we have checked your ticket is not confirmed. Hence, your refund of INR 330.00 has been processed from our end on 09th Sep'18. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
