Re: 'ya: 10003505' 'ya:[protected]' - singapore holidays We had booked a private package for singapore for my in-laws for 4 nights 5 days which included airport transfers, hotel & sight seeing. Unfortunately within 24 hours of reaching to singapore my father in law's health condition became serious and he passed away. We reached there to complete the formalities and bring back my mother in law along with his body. We checked out of the hotel a day earlier and also did not use a majority of the services. After a few days, we called them and also wrote to them to look whether we can get any refund for un-utilised services due to the unfortunate event. The hotel management had agreed for the refund, but said it will be provided to the agent and we also did not use the return airport transfer and 2 days of sight seeing vouchers. It's been almost two and a half months but there is no proper response from their end. The organisation has been highly insensitive and does not bother to respond to our calls and emails.
