[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — money deducted but ticket not given | |||
Hi all, I have booked train ticket from yatra.com by paying through amazon pay, money got deducted but yatra is saying no booking is done, although amazon has shared a details of transaction. After all this when i mail yatra support for help they sent me automated mail replying will get back to you in 24 hr. Still 4 days are getting passed none has called me no movement has done by them. So i am thinking of taking a legal action against them. Please guide me how to do that Was this information helpful? | |||

Your refund of INR 3660.39 has been processed from our end on 09th Sep 2019. Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund in your same mode of payment, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
