[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — no response from customer care to cancel my flights | |||
I have been calling yatra customer care number but none of the number is reachable. All the numbers are wrong. They are not replying to my mails. Their site is having temporary server issues from past 3 days and so i am not able to cancel my flights from their site and neither i can reach them through any medium. This so pathetic to behave like this in such an emergency situation. This is ao frustating as i feel so helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had canceled New Delhi to port Blair round trips through Indigo. Had inform and written mail to [protected]@yatra.com on 17th March to cancel booking and full amount refund. No reply so far. Please return me full amount otherwise I have to take legal action.

Thank you for connecting with us. We are experiencing high volume due to COVID-19.
In the wake of nationwide lockdown and following preventive measures of social distancing to control the spread of COVID-19, DGCA has suspension of all domestic flights March 25, 2020, to April 14, 2020.
Airline schedules are changing rapidly amid COVID-19 outbreak, we urge you to please refer to our travel advisory for latest updates and support offered by Airlines and Yatra. Please refer to this link to keep yourself informed https://www.yatra.com/online/corona-travel-advisory#afai15
If your travel is between 25th March 2020 till 14th April 2020
Please note that you do not have to call SpiceJet or Yatra.com to cancel your flight. SpiceJet will automatically cancel your booking & will protect the entire amount for a future booking by crediting the entire amount as a credit shell under your current PNR.
To make fresh bookings you are requested to visit www.spicejet.com and at the end of the booking process, make payment using the “CREDIT SHELL” option.
This option will be available on the SpiceJet website from April 1, 2020, onwards. You can book and travel till February 28, 2021, for the same passenger. No rescheduling fee will be charged, however, the fare difference if any will be applicable.
Alternatively, you can also write to the airlines on api.request@spicejet.com for any further query.
