[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not available booked tickets

I have booked ticket on 07.03.2018 at 20:51 hrs. From mumbai to chennai in spice jet and the booked date was 05.04.2018 at 23:35 hrs. The amount of rs.1810.0 transferred from my sbi bank account through netbanking to yatra.com. But the yatra.com message notification found that the booking is failed and no ticket send my mail i'd. I wish to know what was happened. Where my money rs.1810.0 gone.
