[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not getting benefit of credit shell while reschedule

Pl refer our pnr no hkuj3q. Indigo airlines has given us full creit shell rs8032/- but while rescheduling our journey we are getting only benefit of rs 2032/ rs 6000/- are being shown as air line rescheduling charges which is unfair and not justifiable. Due to outbreak of covid19 worldwide all airline companies are not charging reschedule charges. So pl provide us the benefit of the same while booking for tickets for rescheduling our journey.

please resolve the issue as early as possible as I have to reserve air tickets for performing journey on 9.10.2020.

Refund Information:
• For bookings made through travel agent:
If you have cancelled your reservation through any IndiGo channel, then a credit shell is created, which is valid for one year. The credit shell can be utilized for same passengers by contacting your travel agent.
If you have cancelled through your travel agent, please contact travel agent for refund details.
• For bookings made directly through IndiGo:
If your booking was cancelled online on the IndiGo website and you have opted for a refund, the balance amount will be credited to your credit/ debit card or bank account in 5 to 7 working days.
If your booking was cancelled online on the IndiGo website / call center / Airport and you have opted for a reservations credit shell, you can use the available amount for future IndiGo bookings within one year by contacting our call center or through our Airport ticketing counters.
If your booking was made and cancelled using your IndiGo website log in account, then the reservations credit will reflect in your registered log in account only. You can use this credit to make future reservations by logging in to your IndiGo account or by calling our 24X7 call center.

This is with reference to your complaint regarding the refund under the PNR HKUJ3Q.

We have checked the details with airlines and they are providing the credit shell for your booking, which you can refuse for your future travel.

Currently, the airline is not providing a refund. The only option which airline is providing is a credit shell.

For further clarity, please find below the airline circular.

Booked for Travel Between 25th March till 03rd May 2020?
In support of the Government measure to eradicate COVID – 19, All Indigo domestic flights are suspended till 03rd May 2020. We truly regret the inconvenience caused due to cancellation of your flight.

What will happen to my booking?
No need to call Yatra or Indigo to cancel your booking. Indigo will automatically cancel all booking between 25th March till 03rd May 2020.

What will happen to the money I have paid?
Indigo will credit the entire amount as a credit shell under your current PNR (Passenger Name Record).

How can I use my Credit Shell to rebook another ticket?
You can either write to Yatra or Indigo Reservations. The credit shell can be utilized within one year from the issued date, for the same passenger(s). You can choose any travel date as per your convenience. The Fare difference will be applied, if applicable.
