[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not refund my money | |||
I have booking a package for thailand and urfortunately it is postponed. When i booked the package my first condition to yatra.com executiveis cancellation 100% i think they people entertain only fresh person those who want to use yatra.com. But when he feel any problem they will never help us only pass the problem one and other executive. I am damm sure i will write a mail to md of yatra.com. My contact no is [protected]. If i did not get any reply from yatra.com today. I will mark a mail to md and will do the case on consumer court as i have in written that they will return 100%if i cancel the booking.
