[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — payment completed but booking failed and not refunded | |||
I had booked a flight last wednesday and made the payment through amazon pay. This is the message i received: Payment of rs.6, 018.00 (Card rs.3, 983.72 + amazon pay balance rs.2, 034.28) for txn id p[protected] on yatra onli... Is successful. I called up customer care thereafter and the executive told me they had received the payment but would be refunded. When i called after 5 days, i was told that they do not have the history of payment and would get in touch with the senior executive but i have not received any information as yet! If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. I have cancelled my flight ticket on 3rd nov 2018 but till now i have not received my refund. My yatra ref no was[protected].they told that refund will be received within 7-12 days but now it will be almost 1 month but still the refund is not made.I have also contacted with their customer executives but they could not resolve my matter

We would like to inform you that refund has been processed from our end in the same mode of payment on 4th Dec 2018. For PNR number 2353678413 refund of INR 740.00 and for 2153688821 refund of INR 1356.00. Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
