On 28th aug'17 at 9:20 p. M, i was trying to book a air ticket from srinagar to kolkata through yatra.com for mob. No.[protected] and mail id - [protected]@gmail.com, but after successfully payment transaction (Reference no.[protected] of 5268.00 rupees, unfortunately ticket was not generated there. And now, after 6 days from that issue still that amount has not been refunded to my account even do not gate any positive response from yatra customer service.
