[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — railway refund

Hello I had booked 2 rail tickets on 14 and 15 december (Reference no[protected] and[protected] through my account registered on [protected]@gmail.com number [protected]. I cancelked tickets on 15 december. Railway has confirmed refund on 21 december with transaction details. Today is jan 16 why the hell are you not initiating refund. Just recived refund messafe. Well this is not the amount that railway refunded. Railway refunded 2860 ( transact id [protected]) and 1840 ( transaction id [protected]) .so dont feel we are illiterate to not know. U refunded just 1429 and 919. Do my full refund as given by railways
