[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — railway ticket booking

I have reserved 3rd ac railway ticket from wfd to kcvl on 21.02.2019 in the name of rejin ramesh, aged 24. I was not found any problem upto online payment. After payment from my account, the system was not displayed the ticket printing option or showed any reference number or pnr number or anything else. Since i did'nt get the pnr number, i could not cancel the ticket or print a duplicate e-ticket. I have not received any message in my registered mobile number "[protected]" or in my e-mail-id. Hence i request you to kindly resolve the problem immediately or refund the amount without any delay. I am expecting a favourable reply in my email-id "[protected]@gmail.com" and also a message from your part in my mob no. [protected].

The following OTP has been received in my email-id (credit card holder is Vimala L.R) for the payment transaction and also I received a message in my mobile "[protected]" after completing the payment.

Message : "Dear Customer, INR 1170.48 was spent on your Credit Card xx6924 on 10-Feb-19 at Yatra.com."

I have not received any further information from your part. Since i have not received the PNR Number/e-ticket, I request you to kindly reimburse the amount of Rs. 1170.48 to my debited account at the earliest or send the PNR Number and printout of my reserved ticket immediately.

I have received the following message from my Credit card Account after payment at 10.54 pm. The message is as follows:

"Dear customer, INR 1170.48 was spent on your credit card xx6924 on 10-Feb-19 at Yatra.com.".

I have booked ticket in the name of Rejin Ramesh, aged 24.
