I raised this ticket to refund the fare difference as per the fare drop policy which you provide while booking flights details.

Your customer care executives are simply asking for screenshots instead reading the complete mail, i have already provided all the required screenshots.

I also have a suggestion, if you have my last booking reference number and you have your own system to check new fare why you need to have screenshot from customer to show that price is lower. Please improve your customer service instead of just frustrating customers. If you can't fulfill your policies then please dont provide such offers/discount.

Updated by vikki098 Great what a resolution provided, now what should i do with your ecash?
its hardly usable, even after booking flight of 5000 you can use 100 ecash, so to use your 9000 ecash i need to spend 450000.
So this is your great fare assurance policy to fool customers .
Will ensure not use or recommend Yatra.com to anyone

International flights : 2.5% (up to Rs. 1000)
International Hotels : No offer
Domestic Hotels : up to 10% (Max Rs. 750) of the booking amount
Bus Bookings : 15% up to Rs. 100 (New Users Only)
Holidays : 5%
Trains AC Tickets : No offer
Trains Non AC Tickets : No offer
Cabs - Uber : No offer
Cabs - OLA : No offer
