I have booked my journey on 29th Dec 2016 of flight from Chennai to Delhi for 05. January in YATRA.COM.but some unavoidable reason i cancelled my programme and informed to yatra.com agent to cancel the ticket and also they told me that they will cut cancellation charges and refund the balance amount with in 7-10 working days .but till now there is no thing happened, and they are not giving my refundable amount.my reference no.[protected] is in the name of Sindhuja Thiyagarasa and saraswathi Thiyagarasa.please help me to contact to YATRA.COM and refund my money.
