[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Regarding cancellation & refund processing | |||||
Hi, regarding booking reference no[protected], I booked two flights together for Goa to Indore on 28 Oct 2016 and return on 1 Nov 2016. But customer care of yatra disconnects the call post listening to my concern. I have travelled to Indore and unable to return owing to medical urgencies. I am seeking support but YATRA guys are not supporting at all, with an intention to not to invite cancellations thereby not to make any refunds. I did bus booking from Kolhapur to Mumbai on 17th oct. of 1st Nov. On 21st oct. I got message of Bus Cancel.Till 26th I did not got refunds or unable to contact them.I mailed on [protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com but no response.

I want to cancel my bus ticket, journey on 26 Oct 2018, at 7:24 pm, Bus pnr [protected] and booking reference[protected], kindly help me out with this.

As discussed your booking has been canceled and the refund of INR 520.00 has been initiated from our end Yatra.com takes 24 hrs to initiate the refund. If payment has been made by a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hours and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
