I have booked a return tickets from shirdi to chennai. Due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown all the airline service were suspended as per the government guidelines. I have mailed to yatra mail id to just refund my full booking amount because i have booked tickets to attend a function that won't happen in future again. I am not a person like regularly or frequently using airline service. They had given a reply that you can take credit shell option, that won't work for my lifestyle. So i have sent many mails that please refund my full booking amount still they are trying to convince me to accept their opinion to take credit shell option. But spice jet sent a mail stating that i have refunded your amount to yatra so please contact yatra. Till the date yatra service provider not refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account through which i made a payment. I hope you will provide solution in terms of refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |
