[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — transaction made from bank but ticket did not confirm and amount not refunded yet | |||
I have booked air ticket from yatra.com on dated 24.03.2018 from patna to delhi through hdfc netbanking but ticket did not book. At the same time an amount of 4954.00 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc account and paid to yatra.com (Reference no.[protected], narration - [protected] payuyatraonlinepvtlt). But still this amount is not refunded by yatra.com/hdfc bank in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
