My booking reference number is yh4799445

On last second last day when i stayed in hotel mercure in rome... My ac was not working and it was 30.4 c in the room... I complained in the reception and no one corrected the ac and give me the same reply everytime i asked them which was "our technician is working" i also asked what is the timeline to correct it and they said we dont have any... This situation was with some other people as well and nothing was done to correct it... I also requested them to atleast move my mattress to my friends room who was in the same group package and they said they dont have any help boy who can do that... Being a 4 star hotel it was not expected from this kind of service...ac was working in other people's room who was there in the group package... I had flight next morning and i was not able to sleep whole night due to non functional ac... I will never recommend any one to choose yatra... Also same issue occured in hotel splendid galzignano

Ac was not working in this hotel as well and whole group complained about this and we had a verbal discussion with receptionist who failed to deliver us the proper reason of not working of ac.. One of our group member complained about this and they got extra snacks and a drink in the next day dinner...

I never expected that this kind of service will be delivered after paying so much of money.

Please be assured that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure that such instances, though rare already, do not recur. As per the details shared by our team that hotels in Europe do not have air – conditioning as a norm. As most of the hotels are only having air cooler/air ventilator or some of them are not even having an air cooler. We understand that the temperature is high in Europe this time. Please note we have taken up a serious note & feedback has been shared with the concerned team for further improvement and as checked as a special gesture Yatra free snacks and along with beverage was offered at Indian affairs restaurant. We request that kindly treat this as an isolated case and rest assured you would never have this kind of experience in the future.

If Ac is not working in all the candidates of the group then i can understand your response.But only few rooms were having issue of AC. Hotel management directly told that they cant change room and when i asked them to atleast send housekeeping boy to transfer my mattress to Rohit's room who was another couple with us tour ...hotel replied they dont have any housekeeping boy...I have full video of the hotel receptionist with me and which shows their behavior...If you are giving the reason that europe is non Ac region than why AC provided to other tour member of our group.I would have not complained if the issue was with whole group but only 8 rooms had issue and only few o[censored]s suffered whole night with flight to catch in next morning.

The snack you are saying which were provided was for the bad AC service at the splendid hotel... I am complainting here for mercure hotel which was the last hotel for us.

If no action is taken and no appropriate solution or some refund is not given i will post the video in social media which we have taken for the ill behavior of hotel and yatra service.

Please be informed that we never commit AC room in Europe as most of the Hotels in Europe are having centralized Air ventilator system. It is completely under Hotel control that in case they have AC rooms and by any chance it is available then they mostly do provide it on first come first serve basis depending upon the availability. Nowhere, it is mentioned on the voucher that we will provide AC room.

We would request you to please share the video at [protected]@yatra.com, so that we can take it further with the hotel on their behavior with the guest.

Half of our group have AC working in their room and only few o[censored]s have the faulty AC...IF you are saying AC is not commited then it should be for whole group.why only few o[censored]s have to face the heat. It was 32 celcius in room and with no fan...Can you please justify how a person can sleep in such a heat without any fan...we had AC in room but it was not working...we didnt had any fan...whole night we were at reception as the reception are ac was working and we didn't has sleep for night with flight to catch in morning ...I accept that you dont provide ac in europe but at that heat and ac working in others room can you justify why only few o[censored]s had to face the heat... Hotel didnt move mattress to my friends room so that we can sleep...If that is the case i will never suggest anyone to use yatra from now. We paid so much just to have a sleepless night with a flight next day

This flight is canceled through indigo airlines n they said dat yatra ll refund d full amount because it is booked through yatra.i[censored] dont refund d amount then ill file a case against Yatra so refund it as soon as possible
