We have booked kerla honeymoon package bookking ref id is YH3168942 from date 10th april 2017 to 15th april 2017 .package start from munnar in 10th april and 12 th april is in thekaddy and 13th and 14th april is in Allepey 13th april booked in hotel haweli resort where as 14th is in House boat (rossey houseboat) but now the executive (Mr.Rahul Rode) from yatra called me and said that the House boat is not available and you have to checkin another hotel (Ramada) i request the executive so many times but he said that there will be no option so i want to lodge this complaint against yatra pvt ltd. I still yet to know how to pay my remaining amount and in my package visa was part of the package even though I took a hit because of yatra team not timely responded and ready to take on arrival visa by paying additional amount but no guidance which I asked that what all documents I need to carry for on arrival visa. My Yatra reference nos is YH3271863 and complain nos 3484368.
