[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — wrong information given by yatra executive | |||
On 3 sep 2019 evening i received call from yatra executive mr roshan as he asked me to help me in booking my international tickets which i am already done workout, as he said that he can book the tickets in less fare as compare to fare coming in yatra app so he quoted me rs 144507 for two passengers so due to less fare i ask him to hold my tickets and he said he is holding tickets for next 24 hrs with same quoted fare, now when i called him to confirm my tickets and i want to pay then he is saying that fare is increased by 35000 which means he was commited me wrong and now due to his fault i will not bear 35000 loss because in yatra app fares was coming 146000 so he was giving me rs 2000 discount so i hold as per his commitment. I have no fault so i will not bear this loss so kindly help me and book my tickets at same price which he was quoted me. Waiting for your favourable response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Agent confirmed the fare and the validity of the fare which we received from the Airline. He also mentioned that only two seats are available, the deadline which was shared with you was what we received from the Airline, Airline cancelled the hold flight and we were not able to give you same fare. You booking is confirmed on INR159678.00, after you have given a go ahead on the fare. We have checked all the records, we have received the updated fare from the airline and same agent provided to you. We have no control over the airline system. The fare was increased from there end not by Yatra. Airline canceled the hold fare. Hence as per the discussion with you, booking was confirmed. If you were not comfortable with the updated fare, you should need to tell us that you do not wish to go ahead with the booking.
