[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Wrong information in app | |||||
My booking reference is[protected]. I was allowed to carry cabin bag of only 5kgs and not 7kgs. But in the ticket it was clearly mentioned as 7kgs. I had to pay for the rest. Air India officials said that this is clearly the fault of the third party(YATRA.COM) Please look into this as this is a serious issue giving very much misleading information to customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
