[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — 'ya:25141783' cdxdfgvcjvchgfjhnb30-domestic flights - cancellations - cancellations - complaint 2

I had booked a domesticair ticket from yatra and the flight got cancelled due to covid-19. Airline, air vistara confirmed the full refund over the mail and asked to speak to yatra customer care but the customer care people has reverted that the zero refund will be there. I am pasting the revert from airline. Kindly help.

Passengers may claim a full refund for the reservation booked between 25th march 2020 to 14th april 2020 to travel between 25th march 2020 to 3rd may 2020

We have updated the remarks in the pnr
