Hello team, My flight to bahrain via carrier air arabia was cancelled by the air lines on 7th march'20. I registered for a refund with yatra and was given complaint number 24478475 and ticket number 24474602 and told to wait for the refund and a callback. Since then we have been calling back the yatra to get an update on the complaint registered but no proper response is given by the representatives. We also registered a complaint on your website but no response till date. Please look into this and help us get a refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |
