[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — yatra refunding only 20% for kerala flights cancellation for december | |
Hi, I have booked flight tickets of kerala but as there is a natural calamity in kerala, i have to cancel my flights of december'2018 [reference:[protected]]. I have paid ~rs.23792/- and the refund i am being offered by yatra is just rs.6000. If i would have booked the flights directly from airlines, they would have refunded me the money with just rs.2000/- per person per sector charges i. E. Rs.20, 000 refund. Only due to natural disaster i have to opt out of kerala family trip. As a reputed organisation, yatra should refund my money with minimum cancellation charges.
