[Resolved] Yatra.com — flight cancelled due to kerala floods. amount not refunded

Pnr is jyvg9s. I pad 7800/- for indigo flight from vizag to kochi via bang. But due to floods on 15.8.18 they canceeld the flight from bang to kochi. The refund amount offered to me is rs. 1995/-. They are praying for these disasters to occur so that they can milk a dead cow. Ppl are stranded co of kerala floods and they don't care how difficult situation they are on.

Updated by Shru J On complaints they call back and talk back as if they are debt collectors. No empathy no resolution just putting it in the customer. Blaming the victims . Milking the dead cow.

As per our finding our team was in contact with you and as checked passenger had availed the partial journey from VTZ -BLR and as per airline BLR -COK sector was cancelled and full refund of INR 1995.00 from airline and INR 134.00 Yatra convenience fee is refunded. Total refund of INR 2129.00 has been processed from our end.
