[Resolved] Yatra.com — Itinerary issue | |||
I have booked a personalised trip to thailand and also gave them itinerary for the same which was given go ahead by sales and operations team now they have changed it without informing me, but when i am asking them to get it changed they r saying we cannot change it... Team is not at all responsible for calling back and updating customer when ever we call they say sir the assigned person is on another call. What do i do i have to go tomorrow as per the plan.
