[Resolved] Yatra.com — NO REFUND GRANTED SINCE 02.02.2015 | |||
I BOOKED FLIGHT THROUGH YATRA.COM OF SPICEJET FOR 24.12.2014 (delhi-bangalore) . SPICEJET ALREADY REFUNDED AMT. IN YATRA A/C AS CONFIRMED BY SPICEJET & YATRA.COM. BUT EVERYTIME WHEN I CALL TO THEM, THEY MAKE FAKE CONFIRMATION OF REFUND OF AMT. ON 02.02.2015 BUT WHEN I SAY TO SHARE TRANSACTION DETAILS THEY ALWAYS SAY PLEASE WAIT FOR 48 OR 72 HOURS. I ALREADY CHECKED WITH MY BANK THERE IS NO REFUND IN MONTH OF FEB-15 FOR THAT CONCERNED AMT. I ALREADY SPENT AROUND 1000 RUPEES IN CALLING YATRA.COM TOLL FREE NO & TALKING TO THEM.
