[Resolved] Yatra.com — not processed my refund | |||||
I when i was playing for a trip with yatra.com They asked me to pay a certain amount without planning anything just to lock the dewali offers i asked them is it refundable they if i cancel will i get my money back and they told it is refundable. I have there emails stating all this. They even told that i will receive my refund in 6/7 working days it’s been 2 weeks till now and i haven’t received my refund. I have there emails stating it’s refundable and and an email that it is refundable Now they have stopped replying to my email now Was this information helpful? | |||||
