[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund due

I am a regular customer of yatra.com.in past had gone to dubai and singapur.
Both trips were nicely planned. This time i booked my trip to europe and had a very bad experience.

Id yh 4034260... I had paid advance but after couple of days got information that as tickets are not available trip could not be materialised. I was informed that i will get refund but even after 15 days i had not received refund inspite of so many reminders.

I paid advance on 06.03.2018 (YH 4034260) . The very next day got information that as seats are not available the trip could not be finalised.
My query is that if tickets were not available why advance was taken? In any case if was taken is it not justified to refund immediately.?
Even after lapse of 16 days refund not received. Is it right to deal with regular customers.?

Updated by TejinderTejinder Hi ! It is intimated that payment was from HDFC bank and 21, 22, 23, 26 and 27 ... 5 working days. Payment is not received till date. Till the payment is received it is not considered as resolved. I may also add that refund payment is due since March 07, 2018 when it was informed that seats are not available.
