[Resolved] Yatra.com — return flight booking amount wasn't returned even before 3 months cancellation

Actually, i booked a ticket for my mom & dad, they were going to london to meet my elder brother and sister but mistakenly i booked the ticket before the visa start date, i agree with the amount deducted by the company for depart but return amount of that ticket should be returned.

It's really a bad policy/service with such a big booking company in india. At least the return ticket amount should be returned because it got canceled 3 months before the traveling date.

I don't know why our government not taking any serious action on such frauds, to save the consumers otherwise they will not leave a single chance to grab the hard earn money of consumers.

Updated by yaadne123 but it's not correct legally, Ongoing and returns tickets should be different, for example, if I booked 2 tickets for Train traveling then both will be separate. It's totally wrong.
