[Resolved] Yatra.com — ticket refund not received

Airline refunded rs. 5430 to yatra
Yatra sent email of refund sent to my account of rs. 2930

I have not received any money so far, there is no clue where is my balance rs. 2500.

I had cancelled another pnr - mjqk8x, sector bangalore to bagdogra
Airline refunded rs. 2810 to yatra
Yatra sent email of refund sent to my account of rs.1792

I have not received any money so far, there is no clue where is my balance rs. 1018.

Kindly guide as to how to get my refund and also full money back from yatra.

As per our records, our team was in contact with you and share the required information regarding refund.
Your remaining refund of INR 1200.00 has been processed from our end. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
