I (My wife) missed a confirmed tatkal reservation
E-ticket of rs. 1132/- from srikakulam railway
Tation to bhubaneswar in prasanthi express at 3:47 pm
For the same dropping at srikakulam road rly station
I booked a cab through your mobile app at 2:34 pm for
Which i got confirmation sms from ur side that i would
Be picked up at 3:19 pm.
My train was at 3:45 pm. So i was expecting to make
The train station arrival in time to catch the train.
But it didn't happen as no cab was sent to me by that
Time, even 10 minutes later waiting also.
So i had to go for a private cab by paying rs 300/-
To drop me at my destination to drop me. But it was
Too late. By the time i reached there my train
Departed before 5 minutes of arrival in the rly
But i got a sms from you at 5;15pm that & you can't
Pick up & asking sorry for that. So who is responsible
For this mess up?
1) i missed my train (Mental agony & harassment),
2) my tatkal confirmed train e-ticket (My wife) can't
Be cancelled as per irctc
policy (If i am unable to
Board the train inspite of confirmed tatkal ticket).
3) i paid rs 300/- for local transport.
Now tell me in which way yatragenie
is going to
Compensate for these losses, at least financial losses
Of rs 1432/- in total.
