I have booked bus from bangalore to visakhapatnam in yatragenie(komitla) through red bus. Payment made was ₹1840 .

Just before the journey, komitla service people called and said that bus has been cancelled and they are providing alternative bus. When I saw the proper details alternative bus fare was far less than I paid, it costs ₹1599. So when i tried to enquire the same, the service person was talking rash and said no refund of difference amount.

    I am travelled on 11 dec 2016 from bangalore to nellore by yatragenie.

    I choose an option to board at majestic (Anand rao circle). They given bus no. 5139

    Time at 9:45 p. M

    But, no bus came there.

    They called us & told they have only pick up vehicle& told to come to raceroad volvo office nearly 2kms away from that place.

    Ok. We reached there by 10:20 p. M.

    I had opted for tirupathi package from Bangalore and one of the person from Yatragenie had called me whose number [protected] telling that he will book the ticket for Rs 1900 for one person which included all the amenities as per his word. He gave the account number[protected] under the name of Girishmahadev to transfer the amount, I transferred Rs 3800 for 2 which is for me and my wife. He told me that bus is at 09:30pm from Marathhalli so i was picked up from there and was dropped in KR puram at 10:15pm in front of Yatragenie shop. I waited for 45min asking where is the bus and the fellow from Yatragenie told the bus is yet to come, At 11:00pm i asked again and i was informed that the bus left, I said niether i got a call from the driver asking where am i?? I called the person who booked my ticket and he said he will call and he called someone and i was told that the bus is just 1km away and i will be taken in another bus and will be dropped to bus which i had booked, , the 1km went upto 15-20kms and bus was stopped in a restaurant and the driver told me to get down and showed the bus and was told to board and went off, , I reached the bus with my wife along and asked the co driver and why didnt he call me he made a statement he was busy and cant keep a track of passengers, I called the person who had booked the ticket and he doesnt even pick the call, then i called the Yatragenie contact number[protected] and someone picked the call he said i can inform the manager named Shankar ([protected]) i sent a message thinking why to disturb however no reply so i called him neither he picked the call. I reached Tirupathi and someone is telling that we need to pay Rs300 for the entry as we have not paid for darshan.. I dont understand why this Rs1900 was for???. Forget it, , its matter of money so i paid.. This was the pathetic journey which i ever had in my life till now, , I do travelling every now and then but i have decided i will never choose yatragenie but better i will travel by my own vehicle. Its not about money its about the worst service which ur support staffs have. They dont even have a track of passengers who have booked and the person who booked the ticket didnt even send a message of the driver. This is the worst service i have ever had. If things were in my hands i would ban this yatragenie for this cheap behaviour towards the passengers. I was totally disturbed because of this incident because i have never experienced such a bad behaviour. One thing i realised KSRTC buses are much much better...     My contact number [protected]... I haven't heard anything from yatragenie... Sometimes I feel the license needs to be cancelled for the pathetic service which they give... Their attitude sounds like as if they don't care whatever happens

      Yesterday we r travel komitla bus from draksharamam to hyderabad ticket id:ygt[protected], draksharamam to hyderabad date:[protected] operator:komitla (service id:783) seats:3, 4, 5. board at draksharamam, time:19:30:00. status:reserved

      Due to bus problem we r struck in tanuku and waited 1. hour at finally i book another hyderabad bus... i need refund my amount
      1500 otherwise i will raise a accomplice

        I booked a single lower berth for my journey. They canceled the bus and changed the berth without my consent. They gave me an upper double berth to be shared with other passenger. There is a difference of fare between single berth and lower berth. The staff were rude when I asked to resolve the issue. I called customer care number too, even they didn't show any concern

          1. Bus was upgraded from non AC to AC (45 seater) which created problem to a person like me who is allergic to AC and present weather

          2. Bus stopped near suryapet at 11.00 pm and we faced lot of service issue and Finally other non AC bus allotted(36 seater)

          We were given last seating and I have a senior citizen with me who suffered a lot due to this issue

          Morning we had breakfast at 9.30 (cost 320/-)

          At 1.45 pm bus dropped us at Kakinada and we had meals( cost 360/-)

          I missed my appointment at 11.00 am today and lost valuable opportunity

          Pls explain and I demand for explanation on this matter

          You need to reimburse the travel along with convenience charges paid by me.

          We are totally upset with the readiness of your bus services

          If you don't reply I'll escalate this to court.

            Yesterday at around 5pm when I was on d way to airport to Visakhapatnam city AP16TVA0112 car number just miss to hit my car all of sudden I break down. He was coming from a small road to hight way road no signal he given. Please take action on that driver later I meet him at NAD signals he was answering careless

                I was at Marathahalli Yatragenie office and enquired about Bus service #670. The staff people gave wrong information about bus status, saying that the bus is delayed by an hour. The bus arrived in next 5mins and when I questioned the staff about wrong information, the started arguing, used really abusive language and started fighting.

                Very disgusting service!! Will take this issue to all social media and expose this cheap behavior from Yatragenie staff!!

                Hopefully, Yatragenie management takes necessary action to safeguard its brand value.

                  Hi Team,
                  I would like to bring your notice about weird incident happened with the Service no-291 and Vehicle no - 3867 From Bangalore to Vijayawada on Date - 07.10.2016.
                  As per the booking the Bus should arrive at 09:10 PM Marthahalli ( Since I booked ticket from Marthahalli) but unfortunately it took 2 and half an hours time i.e 11:30 PM to reach the place by saying weird answer that Police battalion stopped the bus and it caused for the delay. But at that time no police riding happened as such all remaining bus services are running as per the schedule and why they have very special interest in this service and that to peak traffic hours in that route. Later during journey we come to know that bus management is busy with the uploading goods for one of the favored customer on roof of the bus and caused for the delay.Finally we reached our destinations with total 5 Hrs delay, 2.5-Hr for Goods Uploading, 1.5-Hr for Good downloading, 1-Hr for empty seats filling with un reserved passengers by going inside of each and every village). If that is the case why Yatragenie mangement is entertaining wrong departure timings in the official website. If your aim to provide good service to the customers then why this incident was happened with out mentioning any proper reason for the delay in your status message rather simply sending "Bus got delayed for 1 hour and sorry for the Inconvenience.Please cooperate with us". I sincerely request you to enquire this case and try to not repeat in the future.

                    Hi all,

                    I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore yatragenie komitla for doj 11th oct for 1200+ rupees with pnr ygt[protected]. I have received a message saying that my bus has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons... I went to yatragenie site and checked for other available tickets... Surprisingly the same bus which got cancelled is available with increased fare for 2100 rupees... These people does not bother about the inconvenience caused to us... They are only bothered to get money... I strongly recommend not to book this travels and from this site... No one is looking in to this fare hike...

                      No technical glitches no road issues but in a overnight journey they stopped at 5 places between chebnai & Hyderabad. The time wasted is two hours & the bus staff abuse like hell. Goonda Raj. I said will file a complaint they said "even if you drink my urine you will not get refund".
                      Redbus IS just pumping and says post booking they aren't involved.
                      Don't use komilta/Yarra genie if you want to live in peace.

                        Never travel by dis travels .. Sincere feedback to all, many travelers wer picked up on the way who doesn't have reserved seat.. N asked if there is a empty seat wer allowed to join. All those ppl wer drunk.. N wer creating a lot of noise throughout the journey.. Troubling all other passengers.. Not at all safe for girls.. Strict action should be taken

                          Just now i get into bus which is traveling from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam(komitla travels). Seat no: L20. I think somebody vomit in previous journey. Still they are not changed Window cloth. BUS NO: 5694

                          First bus was repaired replaced with another one second on also has startung problem. You get it repaired after 1.5 hour. In middle of journey brakes become problem. At the end my luggaged is soaked kerosene because of horrible maintenance by attender. What is this? I paid 2800 for tickets to get this wonderful service.
                          Driver did not stop for urinals at 1030. He used very bad language while was talking to me.it is great disappointment. I am available at [protected].

                            Hi there. Have travelled in komitla travels from hyderabad to amalapuram on 29th july'16 with service number - 502198, ygt[protected].

                            Dear management,

                            Please have some discipline towards your staff, i have experienced the worst travel experience from your travel the conductor in the bus feels like a chairman of travels no proper response to passenger not even care to people who on board, i felt like im travelling by charity no proper answer to any question they were shouting on passengers i have not understand why he was shouting on every one.

                            Please treat passengers as first priority rather than concentrating on money.

                            Over all the worst travels i have traveled so far.

                            Later that pickup mini komitla local city bus generally seen in Nellore, like that a small mini bus called as pick up vehicle.

                            It reached KRPuram at 11:00 p.m.

                            There no bus with number 5139.

                            When I asked enquiry office, they told go& board the bus standing before their office.

                            It’s number is 1094. I asked the Ticket checker why number is not correct?& why we have to board this bus?

                            He answered rudely as - "All that is other thing. First go& take seat. Don’t question now&what do you do with bus number? Keep calm. Whatever we arranged to you, you have to use it calmly."

                            There is no genuine service& No proper prior information& Felt hard tough task for that 30 Minutes.& when pickup vehicle supervisor calls us, he talks with THE WORST IRRESPONSIBLE NATURE - "if you are late to reach here, we will move out& go. You Directly come KR Puram. We won’t wait for you. Like this way, they talking 10000% RUDE& Worst."

                            ( approx 20 kms is there. How can we go such a long with luggage& family?!)

                            Cleaner, Supervisor all talking very rudely.

                            These are NUMBER 1 BAD FELLOWS.

                            Better to travel in Any other private travels other than this No.1 Worst Yatragenie. I think RTC is the best in this concern.

                            And also bus have no display board with service number.

                            I have the worst feeling& opinion.

                            Dear passangers, I advice / Suggest / request you all to NEVER BOOK THIS NUMBER 1 WORST YATRAGENIE.

                            Staff are PURE 100% RUDE FELLOWS & RECKLESSNESS& CARELESSNESS, WORST NATURE, DISREPECT BEHAVIOUR WITH PASSENGERS WHEN WE ASKED ANYTHING.

                            Herewith, I amWriting my worst Experience as Review.

                            Out of 5 Star, Even it would not deserve the 1 Star also. If we have ZERO STAR Rating, Yatragenie deserves this ZERO STAR sure for 100%.

                              Hi i travelled in komitla ac sleeper bus on 26th july, the was not functioning when i got into bus, when i asked the driver about it he said, it will start working in 5 mins. However it did not started working till the bus reached hebbal. When i started to question the bus driver, he stopped the bus and tried to fix the issue, but it required a professional touch.

                              When i asked them to look for alternates, the staff mentioned that they cant arrange a sbustitute bus or get the ac work and asked the passengers to go in non ac.

                              None of the komitla staff helped us, but they asked us to open windows and travel. Due to heavy rains we cant open window and it was very suffocating in the bus.

                              Please let me know what action would you suggest now?

                                I am travelling from chennai to hyderabad on[protected] bus no. Py05a2734 the bus stopped for dinner with out checking the passenger they left once i call to the driver he is saying whether your comming are not. How nicely the driver giving response.. He didn't say any apologies and demanding the passenger & i didn't saw such kind of worrest experience in my life and other bus operators also.

                                  I boarded at Bellamdur at 9 26 pm however the arrival time was late and moreover the site itself showed up AC Volvo however it’s a NON AC bus, and bus was unhygienic and seat was torn allover and can’t push up or down (worst night mare), and full of mosquitoes filled in.

                                  It was horrible to travel such a long journey in that discomfort zone, when asked about the same driver replied that it was the same bus which I booked and can’t be changed .If I wish to continue the travel I can else I can get down from the bus was the reply which I got with a rude language.

                                  And the bus was so speedy and everyone were afraid of getting down safe.

                                    I (My wife) missed a confirmed tatkal reservation
                                    E-ticket of rs. 1132/- from srikakulam railway
                                    Tation to bhubaneswar in prasanthi express at 3:47 pm
                                    Today.

                                    For the same dropping at srikakulam road rly station
                                    I booked a cab through your mobile app at 2:34 pm for
                                    Which i got confirmation sms from ur side that i would
                                    Be picked up at 3:19 pm.

                                    My train was at 3:45 pm. So i was expecting to make
                                    The train station arrival in time to catch the train.

                                    But it didn't happen as no cab was sent to me by that
                                    Time, even 10 minutes later waiting also.

                                    So i had to go for a private cab by paying rs 300/-
                                    To drop me at my destination to drop me. But it was
                                    Too late. By the time i reached there my train
                                    Departed before 5 minutes of arrival in the rly
                                    Tation.

                                    But i got a sms from you at 5;15pm that & you can't
                                    Pick up & asking sorry for that. So who is responsible
                                    For this mess up?

                                    So

                                    1) i missed my train (Mental agony & harassment),

                                    2) my tatkal confirmed train e-ticket (My wife) can't
                                    Be cancelled as per irctc policy (If i am unable to
                                    Board the train inspite of confirmed tatkal ticket).

                                    3) i paid rs 300/- for local transport.


                                    Now tell me in which way yatragenie is going to
                                    Compensate for these losses, at least financial losses
                                    Of rs 1432/- in total.

                                    I am attaching the proof of tatkal train e-ticket
                                    For your kind information.

                                    Kindly reply me with a solution.

                                      I had booked a ticket and cancelled it on 06.5.2016 (Ticket no. Ygt[protected]. The company had taken considerable amount towards cancellation and the refund amount of rs.765/- is not yet returned (Credited to my bank account) till today i. E, 30.5.2016. I have made several calls to their customer support no.[protected], they always say "by today evening the amount will be credited" but in vain. It seems i am dealing with a fraudster who doesn't pay back the customer's amount on cancellation.
