We booked car rent from vijayawada station to edupugallu on 23/5/16 with id number 748532 .The travel distance was 14.2 kms and was charged Rs.270.

On 25/5/16 when we booked the car on rent from edupugallu to vijayawada station at 1100 am the driver charged Rs.480/- which showed 16.2 kms., i dont have the id number with me but can varify the mobile number from which it is booked.The number is [protected],

I still dont understand how come the way for both remain the same but the charges differ.

Can u plz settle the complaint, its already one week past.

    I happen to book a yatragenie cab from vonkuru vza to railway station.it was about 16 kms .the driver of the cab charged me rs.360 + 20 as service charge and rs.100 as waiting charges.
    In fact he says that its yatragenie it is costly.ola is charging rs.7 per km and he doesn't have a rate card no bill then how does he say the km rate.I feel u people are bullying travellers and I would surely write to chief minister of AP for what has happened and how cab drivers are looting people.
    I want a reply on the same asap

      The driver has not stopped bus even for 5 minutes. I should Board the bus by 9:30pm, i reached on time and was searching for bus. I called the Driver by 9:35 enquiring where he was. I was shocked to listen that he was left, he claims he had called me for 8 times but I never received any Call, i chased the bus from my boarding point hsr layout Bng till maratahalli. I requested him to stop for 5 mins but he refused to wait...i had to book another ticket because of that bugger

        KA 01 AE 6560 - The driver of this cab was very rash on a very narrow road parallel to the railway line, near Kalpalli cemetery on May-09-2016 close to 11am.

        I was on my Activa on my way to work and he drives by my Left and having no place to go as there was a Tempo ahead of both o[censored]s he pushes me off to the on coming car, as he passed me and drive away rashly.

        I caught up with him after a while and noted down the licence plate and noticed that it had 'YatraGenie' on the back windshield.

        I booked ticket from bang to ongole for friday on rajesh travels. Money deducted but ticket not yet generated. Please suggest

        No luggage space

        Travelling from blr to vijayawada by service no 207.no luggage space due to ur logistics occupied the entire space. Commuters keeping the luggage in walkway, very inconvenient. Otherwise mention as luggage not acceptd.hope u will not put ut logistic luggage in busses

          My name is hanimireddy, i booked a ticket from hyderabad to banglore and my ticket number is YGT[protected] and seat no is 25, but he did't picked me and leave from boarding point without intimate .when i cal him, he don't pickup my cal for 2 hrs.i miss a bus .

            I have recently made an account by the name gnana teja peddi and i simply can't login. It has been saying my activation is pending for the last 5 days. Every time i try to login it gives the status activation pending. A lot of my friends are facing the same problem. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because i need to book my tickets through the app at the earliest. Thank you.

              I have instlled yatragenie app .and they mentioned that for each referral u will get 100 or more amount in your wallet .So i installed the app and referred this app to my friends also they have also installed this application .but i did'nt get my referral amount to my wallet. why is this happening .I think it is a cheating the people .please solve my problem

                I booked a cab today morning @10:30am and traveled from tiruchanoor to tirupati @10:40am. I paid 100/- by hand for that. But @4:13pm today they deducted 145/- from my wallet. Kindly do the needful. Pfa, contains booking details and the amount deducted details.

                            My Name is Bhaskar.B,
                            On 10-Feb-2016, around 09:55 Am we book a ticket through Yatagene website, we through the Net Banking process and completed the transaction. Money has been debited from my account (3380 /- Rs). but ticket has not been generated.

                            when we are called to customer care they are telling that money has not received from the bank, Please check with ICICI bank.

                            Bank customer care telling that trasaction is successful. please check with marchant (Yatragene)

                                Sir, I booked a cab from chickballapur to rajajinagar on 9th Feb 2016, at 1 pm, I was having a wallet balance of rupees 1027, but the driver refused that wallet option is not available right now, and said ro pay the amount by cash, as i was hurry to send my family urgent, i agreed for the same, and after completing the ride driver collected rupees 1100, for 64kms ride+120=as toll, total amount 1100 from my mother in Bangalore, soon after i received a message from yatragiene that wallet was charged of 661, i was frauded by the driver, please look into this,

                                    I booked 4 tickets on 15th Dec through your app. Total amount was 1416.00 rs. But during transaction i got 500 ERROR and it was aborted. Money was debited from my account.

                                        On 15th Jan 2016, I have booked a ticket from Nellore to Bangalore. I have got transaction successful message and payment successful mail also from the website. After 3 days, when I haven't received the SMS of the driver details about the bus, I had called the call-center of the company and asked them that I have got neither ticket details nor the driver details, then the call center folks told me that my payment was successful, but ticket is not booked. When I told them that I am not responsible for the mistake and asked them to provide me alternate option to travel for the same day, they failed to provide the same. I was supposed to a very important business meeting the next day. Because of the failure to travel to my work place, there is a loss of work productivity.
