YatraGenie — got non ac for ac ticket

Hi, i've booked ticket from hyderbad to visakhapatnam. Ticket details : ticket id:ygt[protected], hyderabad to visakhapatnam date:[protected] operator:komitla (Service id:8999) seats:l11, l12. Board at secunderabad pickup van, time:19:45:00. Status:reserved.

I've paid for ac via paytm and got non ac bus. This is been done when i'm travelling with family. I want it to be sorted and repay my amount.
